Marketicious SRL offers downloadable digital products, including but not limited to PDF guides, educational materials, templates, and online course resources.
License of Use: Upon purchasing a digital product, Marketicious SRL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and read the material for individual professional or personal use.
Strict Restrictions: You are explicitly prohibited from:
- Republishing, reselling, renting, or sub-licensing any PDF materials or course content.
- Sharing access links, PDF files, or educational downloads with third parties or publicly on forums/social media.
- Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on our digital content.
3. Orders, Pricing & Online Payments (NETOPIA Payments)
All prices displayed on marketicious.com are listed in RON (or EUR where specified) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: Online card payments are securely processed through our partner gateway, NETOPIA Payments (NETOPIA Financial Services S.R.L.).

4. Delivery Policy for Digital Content
Digital goods (PDF courses, templates, downloads) are delivered automatically via electronic communication (email link or direct user dashboard access) immediately upon successful payment confirmation from NETOPIA Payments.
If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased PDF course after payment, please contact us immediately at hello@marketicious.com, and our team will assist you within 24 business hours.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy (Digital Content Waiver)
According to European Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Legislation (O.U.G. 34/2014, Art. 16 lit. m), the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance/delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.
By purchasing and initiating the download or access of any PDF course/digital product from marketicious.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or link delivery has commenced.
Refunds for digital products are offered strictly in cases where a technical defect prevents access to the material and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Unless otherwise stated, Marketicious SRL and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all software, branding, copy, visual layouts, media, and downloadable materials on marketicious.com. All intellectual property rights are strictly reserved.
